Discount Tire

So thankful to have this location in Racine. Eladio was awesome and provided exceptional customer service! Took my Volvo in to get tires and he explained everything in great detail. I was able to drop my car off to run errands and everything was done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Discount Tires.

I called before coming to see if they had 18x8 steel rims on hand and they did. When I arrived I was helped by Kenneth he was very helpful and polite with me even when he could hear the irritation in my voice from searching 3 hours for a rim. He made sure that I selected the correct rim for my car. He even brought my rim and put it in my car for me. Thank you again so much this made my day.

Just a huge, ginormous shout out to the workers at this location. A woman from halfway across the US came 7 minutes before closing with a flat tire, instead of turning her away they took the job to replace it for her, even thought it means they have to work late. I was here in the first place because I had a screw in my tire and they let me come right before closing as well, thanks to them I don't have to miss work tomorrow. Top notch customer service, amazing people.

I have nothing but praise. The online ordering was a breeze, the attendant was thoughtful about asking about "extras" such as wiper blades and warranty, but not pushy about it. The tires were installed fairly quickly and the price was the best I could find for these tires in this area.

If I could Rate 6 Stars... I would. Discount Tire in Racine took a very hard situation and made it seamless. I picked tires and wheels for my Japanese import. The tires weren't the right size, so there was grinding happening (of no fault of DT). They ended up replacing my tire with a more expensive better fitting tire. They ended up paying the difference in tire price for the "hassle", eventhough it was a mistake of my own. Lino was an amazing manager and every single person who I interacted with were very professional and great at their jobs. I would recommend this location to anybody and everybody I hear that needs tires. They also offer a military discount!
